Whats new in 2008

We have been working on a few new products this year and are soon to be released after labeling and all that jazz is sorted

A classic simple pickle that finds it’s way into just about everything once you have a jar in your fridge great with some terrine, even better with a nice smokey ham and cheese toastie in store and on line soon $5.00 each for wholesale orders box of? 18 for on line prices go to the shop or check our stockists page for a retail outlet near you

Our spin on the traditional indian hot lime pickle, made with local Yarra Valley Limes, our own blend of spices and a lot of chopping, this one will bring a little sweat to the forhead? but the jar wont last long, we promise. We are still to finish the label and price on this one, but wholesale clients can call for a sample

Salted Limes

Another Classic from the far east this one is still very much in the experimental stage as they must mature in the jars with a little help from mother nature, stay tuned for updates on this one

Confit Duck Legs

Thats right real confit duck, salted and cooked in the traditional way as they have been for eon’s in France, they will most likely be packed in two’s, but will be available how you like for bulk orders. Labels, shelf life testing and pricing are underway now so this one will be out soon

Quinces are back in season so the supply of poached quince will start to flow again soon
