Most of our business at present is wholesaling to good retailers who understand the importance of quality products, food that is made firstly because we love it, we use good local produce where and when available and organic in the same principle. Richard and I both belive strongly in the priciples of slow food and sustainability and with this in mind try to preserve a few of our favorites, we use real food no pulps juices and the likes.? most of our gear is hand cut and it is all definatly hand made, with luck you will get as much enjoyment out of?it as we do
